National Farmers Union Political Action Committee endorses Jake Johnson

Today, Jake Johnson announced that he has been endorsed by the National Farmers Union Political Action Committee.

“I’m so grateful for this endorsement in our race,” said Jake Johnson. “Our farmers are being squeezed by consolidation on both sides: fewer choices and higher costs for seed, fertilizer, and equipment, and fewer buyers and markets for what they produce. In Congress, I’ll fight to increase competition, lower input costs, and make sure our farmers get a fair deal.”

The National Farmers Union Political Action Committee supports lawmakers who will work to tackle corporate consolidation, reduce costs for farmers’ inputs, and foster vibrant rural communities. Jake has been holding farmers’ roundtables all across southern Minnesota, in addition to hosting town halls in each of the 21 counties in the district.
