Jake Johnson Holds Town Hall in Rock County

LUVERNE, MN — Tonight, Jake Johnson held a town hall meeting with over 60 people in Rock County. The meeting was open to all members of the public, was widely advertised beforehand, and had no pre-screening of questions. Jake answered questions on a wide range of topics, such as addressing concerns with data centers, finally delivering on a farm bill, and expanding access to affordable healthcare.

“We had great conversations at our town hall meeting in Luverne tonight,” said Jake Johnson. “From questions about data centers to concerns around why our congressman has never delivered a farm bill, I really appreciated the chance to hear from and answer questions for the people of Rock County.”

Jake was introduced by Craig Rollag, who is a farmer in Rock County. As many voters know, Finstad instead opts for what he calls “tele town halls”, which are unannounced phone calls that only go to a set of preselected individuals chosen by Finstad’s office, where they can hear Finstad respond to questions with no proof that those questions are not presubmitted.
