IBEW Local 343 Endorses Jake Johnson in MN-01
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union #343 is endorsing Jake Johnson in his campaign for Minnesota’s First Congressional District. IBEW Local 343 represents more than 1,000 construction electricians across southern Minnesota.
“I’m proud to be endorsed by IBEW Local 343. The workers who power our communities deserve a representative who will fight for good-paying jobs, lower costs, and real investment in energy infrastructure across southern Minnesota. That's what I'll fight for if I'm elected to Congress,” said Jake Johnson.
Johnson is running for Congress to make life more affordable for families across southern Minnesota. His agenda includes ending tariffs that are driving up construction costs and consumer prices, and investing in new jobs and modern energy infrastructure. Having served on three bargaining committees for his union, Johnson understands the importance of workers standing together to secure fair wages, strong benefits, and safe working conditions.
