Jake Johnson Wins DFL Primary in MN-01, Will Take on Brad Finstad in November

Tonight, public school teacher Jake Johnson won the DFL primary in Minnesota's first congressional district, officially becoming the Democratic nominee who will face Rep. Brad Finstad this November.

"Tonight, the people of southern Minnesota put their trust in our campaign to bring down costs, take on corruption, and invest in our small towns," said Jake Johnson. Primary voters embraced Jake's commonsense platform to protect taxpayers, fight fraud, and balance the budget — a math teacher's answer to a government that has stopped adding up.
